Free trees from the Woodland Trust

Woodland Trust has kindly donated 420 of mixed variety trees, including Dog Rose, Hawthorn, Rowan, Birch, Holly, Oak and Hazel.  The stock fence around the land is still in quite bad repair so grazing is still going to be a challenge but we put them in, protected by some tree guards and hopefully they will flourish.  Over the last few months we have been back and forward improving provision to host volunteers, including A rain sheltering porch, rain water collection system, Sink with reed bed filtration system and fire pit.
